Error message: The system is low in memory on Sound Forge 11

Hi, I installed my licenced Sound Forge Pro 11 on a new computer and when I want to open an audio file, I see this message:

My computer have a lot of memory and no application are open.

Any ideas?

Are you using a Win 10 PC with the final SFP-11 build? (345 I think).
Cold boot the PC and try again
Try another audio device type like 'Ms Sound Mapper' or 'Classic Wave Driver' in the "Options> Preferences> Audio" menu.
Does this happen on all file types? Try a PCM <.wav> file.

I finnaly just assigned a new folder to Sound Forge 11 named: "Cache for Sound Forge" and "Bingo"
