Error Message - Negative SI

MM17 Premium: When creating songs I get an occasional error message "Sorry, Internal Error. Negative SI -> si_Users in UnLockSample. File:.\Intern_SI.cpp. Line:1498"

Last time this happened it wouldn't go away and I had to crash out with Windows Task manager (W7HP)

Anyone know why this happens?

You should contact MAGIX tech support from their main website.

A similar message appeared in a different product altogether, and eventually

this was solved quite simply via a clean de- and reinstall. If you should do that,

go for it in Windows Safe Mode and install as administrator. When you then run it

always as administrator.
