Its been a long time and this problem hasnt been resolved for me. can anyone help? ive deleted and re installed and this messege is the first thing i see

Hi

This has been going on for a long while, assuming you still have the same computer as in your previous post here, other than the information you have previously been given there is little we can do to help, the checks/changes necessary on your PC have to be done by yourself or a local friendly computer technician.

If you took out a Geek Squad subscription at the time of purchase they should be able to help.
