I have an old version of sound forge On my PC Do I need to uninstall the old version for this on to run

Hi @Rob-BallJr, there is no need to uninstall other versions of Sound Forge. They will coexist without issue. I currently have Sound Forge 10 through 16 on my Win 10 laptop.

This usually means the program cannot connect to the Internet, how old is the version of Sound Forge and what version of Windows are you running on the PC?
