Magix Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus ...it's a nightmare contact customer service for fixed my problem, "serial no. has already been another e-mail address"

pop-up said "contact customer service"

Welcome to the forum.

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?         
     
  2. Windows version and is it up to date?         
     
  3. Was the software purchased direct from Magix, if not from where?
     
  4. Is this a first time install or was the program working and has now stopped?
     
  5. At which point do you get the Error code - 24 and is there any additional message within the error alert?
     
  6. Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant.

Same problem here with movie studio. I NEVER had problems with activation since version 7. Now I need to edit a video file and I CAN'T just activate a purchased software!

It doesn't help! After I purchased version 16 it was successfully activated. Lately I reinstalled windows as well as vegas that came with music maker. TODAY there's no video software installed except music maker though I installed it! I installed vegas and keep failing activating it. Please fix it!
