Error code -14

After installing Magix Movie Studio 2023 Platinum, I've started the program, filled out my email and the serial number I've received and got twice a "check" as confirmation. After pressing the button "Activation & register immediately online" I receive a message Error code -14, saying that I use the wrong serial, whch is not the case.

The product was bought online and the download link with the serial came via email.

So, now what?

For that you will have to contact Magix.

Try either sales@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net or raise a ticket from your account here.

I think your Signature needs updating. The windows build shown is an old one.

Assuming you are using the new serial number you received by email when you purchased MMS 2023, try copy and pasting the full activation code including the P3- prefix into the activation dialog.

That is what I did: there was a "check" next to it, so it was recognized, as valid, but it was in the next step "Activation & register immediately online" that there was that error code.

Assuming the email address you are registering with is the same as when purchased, contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net, explaining the issue, give them the email address you are using, they can check that you have the correct serial number for the product.
