Error code: -14

I purchase ACID Pro 10 Suite, received my Serial number and when I use it I get.

The error code -14, I copied the serial from the email with and without the dashes, tried several times without success.

I got a combination package of Soundforge, Acid music studio and acid loops

it seems like I finally got the right login for Soundforge fingers crossed. Acid music seems to work

but I can’t get anything from acid loops dvd I put in the dvd and try to install the big file that’s highlighted with no results
