I've purchaced Music Maker 2014 and put it on my computer. Everything worked fine until it asked me to register the product. When I typed in the Serial Number an my email, it told me
Activation Failed.
Please contact MAGIX support.
Error Code: -1
I would love for this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Just send an e-mail to Magix support ( cutomer support , not Tech support ) ; the error may come from various causes ; one is that their server made a mistake for some reason ; did you reinstall the software after the first install ? This may also be a source of errors but there are too many possiblilities ; send a message to customer support ; they will do xhat is necessary and you will get a message when everything is in order ; if possible send a Screen capture
