I Can no longer access the program Magix movie studios 2023 because I now get an error code when I try starting the program.

Error in module "Transitions.ofx" (load address:.......) to address .........(Exception ........"Access_Violation")

and Everytime I try to use the crash log report it says no internet connection. which is false since I'm Currently online.

Can Any help?
