Error -6 after installing and tryng to run program (Magic Music Maker 16)((download version))

I bought downloadable Magic music maker 16. running with windows 7. I downloaded, went to install, everything was ok untill i ran the program. The screen for the program begins to open then i get a message saying ERROR -6 and that "Installation folder may be damaged or missing" and the program closes out. ???? iv tried emailing support and im NOT going to buy there stupid $15 phone number which is an outrage to a paying customer by the way!! If anyone knows anything pleeeeeze help!!

It seems, Windows 7 giving problem. I have read many messages here.

Regarding Support, did you send them e-mail explaining your problem, usually they respond. I prefer to contact by e-mail not by phone.

I ncase of e-mail contact to Magix Support you will get confirmation e-mail. Then within a week you will get reply. They work five days in a week.(my experience)

I hope in the meantime some one here will answer you.
