@joe-m7056

Hello, Welcome

You could try to uninstall and re-install Audio cleaning Labs.

I suggest using the free Revo Uninstaller available on the internet, after the program has been uninstalled, Revo will ask you to scan for and delete remnants left behind, do this otherwise you will not get a clean install.

Hi

. . . .  I would do that if I still knew the code and if I could fine the Instillation disk . . .

Log in to your magix account at magix.com.

Under My Products you should find your registered copy of ACL, the serial number and a download link - it may still be active given ACL 17 was released in 2011.

I would suggest you also deactivate the installation if possible while you are there.

So, is it that because one didn't purchase the backup disk, that Magix no longer provides the code that lets the program operate? I receive the same message. I was successful with the Music Maker because I have the disk. Not successful with Audio Cleaning Lab because I didn't purchase the disk. Hello wonderful people at Magix, or whoever the current owner is, please provide the code so those of us who are having financial difficulties will be able to enjoy the program. Thanks.

@Ignar Like @johnebaker wrote above, you just need to look in your Magix user account. https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ In case your version is so old that you cannot download it from your account you need to ask customer support at infoservice@magix.net for a download link.

Thanks. I will attempt that. 😊😊
