It is a problem with the Magix program. when you close media manager where the store is, it crashes the program and when reopened you get error 59. Always leave the store open in the arranger or media manager as it is called. I have contacted Magix and they know about the problem and said the next patch will solve this. My patch at the moment is patch, 24.1.5.112. I am still waiting for the new patch after a whole 2 months. I am not happy with Magix. So just leave the media Manager open when you close the main program and all will be OK Media Manager is your store and instruments or loops manager. Tab button at top of program right side.😡😡 Magix team has been so slow at helping there customers, 2 months now.

I tried everything and the problem only got solved after I wrote to Magix support and applied the patch they sent me in an email. It seems the link expires after a download.

Do you have the patch version number, so I could ask Magix for it?🙂

From Magix:

We're very sorry for this situation. Unfortunately, this particular problem has been going on for quite a while, and we appreciate your frustration. While this issue has already been addressed by development in the meantime, unfortunately, the patch couldn't be deployed to our users yet, due to problems with the support website. This is now in the final stages and should become available in the next few days, though. Until you can download and install the patch, we can only recommend to not close the mediapool/shop section before closing the program, which has been linked to triggering this error more frequently in the current version.😌
