Seasons greetings @gurinhs, so you are stating that Sound Forge will not open at all? You might try the reset procedure in the 'File' menu, but if you cannot open SF, there's an alternate command: hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching SF, which opens the 'Reset/Clear Cache' utility.

If resetting does not resolve the issue. deactivate SF on the PC in question from the Magix Service Center. Then launch SF and re-activate.
To deactivate on-line; log into your account at the MAGIX Service Center, go to "My Products"> (choose your product)> Show More Details> Deactivate"
