Hi. I recently had to refresh my computer. When I reinstalled my Magix Music Maker Live program, which I had been running on that computer already for several years, it won’t allow me to activate it because it says the serial number is already associated with another email address. But I’m using the same email address that I used before. Can you please help me get my program re-activated? I have Samplitude as well, but haven’t tried to reinstall it yet. I assume I’d run into the same issue with it then also.
