Error 24

I needed to reinstall my registered copy of Movie Studio 15 and now get Error 24

The installation was successful but main features were not working promoting the reinstall.

OS Windows 7 pro, Intel CPU 3.5 , 12 gig ram, onboard video intel chip.

Please help.
