ERROR 2147163964 comes up partway through install, Does not get to point of entering license number.

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio\sfppaCK1.dll failed to register.

HRSULT -2147010985. Contact your support personnel

Any help appreciated I just purchased two new computers and have retired the old ones.
