Hi! not sure exactly what you're writing, but if you're getting an error -14, this means that most likely you are entering a valid serial number, but the wrong email address than the email address the program was originally registered to. You have to use the same email address that you used from the start to activate the program, so check that...it could also be that you're using the correct email address, but you've made a typing error, and this will also be incorrect...so check your spelling and make sure to use the correct email address, and you shouldn't have any issues.
