@Make-Saxman

Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

It looks like you have not downloaded any updates for Windows 10 for over a year.

What you need to correct your current problem may well be within those updates.

I would start by making sure your copy of Windows is completely up to date and then make sure any graphics drivers are up to date.

Ray.

@Make-Saxman

You will see I have edited your post to remove several of your Crash Reports since all of them point to the error being in ntdll.dll which is a windows core file, vital to the full operation of almost everything on your computer..

As @CubeAce says, your first step should be to ensure that Windows is fully up to date.

If, after updating, you still experience the problem, you may need to consider reinstalling your operating system, I think.

@emmrecs

Hi Jeff.

When you removed most of the crash report you removed the last section relating to the windows version that is running which was 19044. something, something, something, along with some processor data which was an Intel 4 core with no further specific data.

[ Edit] Retrieved.

Processor [46]  3092MHz  4 Core(s)
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0 (Build 19044)
Used Memory: 1720 MB             Max Used Memory: 1721 MB
Free Virtual Memory: 8420 MB     Total Virtual Memory: 131072 GB

I think that amount of virtual memory set should also be reduced. Having more virtual memory set than physical memory can cause stability problems.

Hi Ray

. . . . Having more virtual memory set than physical memory can cause stability problems.. . . .

When setting the Virtual Memory (Windows page file) manually - it should be set to a minimum of 1.5x, and a maximum of 3x installed RAM. It is better to let Windows manage this.

The Total Virtual Memory figure is a false value - as a quick check I looked at other users crash logs posted in the forum and the few crash logs I could find on my system - they all have the same value.
