Encoding failed

Hi,

I've been working on burning my movies for one week now. It burned onto a DVD the first time, but now I keep getting error messages after Creating DVD Image. I haven't done anything different with the project. The error message looks something like this:

DVDMAKER.DLL: PARSEDVDDESC () CRASHED WITH EXCEPTION
Step 11 done
ERROR: PrepareDVDVideoFiles() failed with errNo 5 - encoding failed ERROR: PrepareDVDVideoFiles () failed with errno 5 - encoding failed
!!! ! DBK error in BurnProject: 45 - movie encoding failed !!! DBK error in BurnProject: 45 - movie encoding failed!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I get exactly the same error, impossible to encode ...
any clue ?

I am tring to burn the first DVD with this software and after about 20 minutes, I received the same error message and code. I have applied all updates. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got the same message.

This worked for me.

Turn off all background music in all of the DVD menus.

Worked. but don't know why
