Email Wasn't Sent

Okay, so I just got this software as a gift and I'm trying to redeem it. I put the code in for this and it says it's supposed to send me an email with the download link. I haven't gotten that email. I went to the site that the pamphlet from Best Buy told me to go to. I don't know what I need to do to fix it or what went wrong because I did what it says to.

Did you check your email Spam folder - some users experience the email ending up there.

If it is not there then you should contact the seller - Best Buy.

I had ended up getting the email later that day not too long before you responded. I was being a bit impatient, Since then I have tried to set up the software and i have not had success. I used the serial numbers in the correct places but after I did the software still wanted me to give the serial numbers every time except for one of the softwares. The only one that has seemed to work has been the audio editor. The others I have not had any success getting into.

I had been rather busy so this is the first time i've been able to comment about this.

Please tell us:

  1. Exactly which Magix softwares you have, and
  2. Post screenshots of any error message(s) you receive.

At the moment we are very much "working in the dark" and really do need you to help us to help you!

One thing you might check is that your antivirus/firewall is not blocking the connection from your computer to the Magix servers and vice versa.
