@charles-kistler If nothing is listed in your order confirmation e-mail it's possible that it can take one or two days before you get the SpectraLayers license with a different e-mail. You can also try and contact shop@magix.net and ask them for help.

Thank you. I'll wait.

Contact Magix as was stated. FYI, SpectraLayers Elements is a new addition to the SF Pro package and the unpack link apparently has not been added to SFP's download manager yet. SLE can be downloaded directly from Steinberg though.. you will still need a serial to activate it, which will come from Magix

SpectraLayers Pro 8 is included with the Sound Forge Pro Suite version.

I got the same email and made a purchase of SF Pro 15 via that link. I'm waiting on the Steinberg serial also.

Sales told me it was a mistake. I asked for a refund. You should do the same. sales@magix.net

If that's the case I'll stop looking to purchase Samplitude as I planned later this year.

I just forwarded my email to sales@magix.net and asked for a refund, it got kicked back by an autoresponder saying it couldn't be delivered. Looks like it might be time to call my CC company and tell them I've got bogus charges on my card. You might need to do the same!

Sorry about that. The email is shop@magix.net
