I have had software from your Easy video saver for several years now. When I now want to use it, it says that the serial number has already been registered at another email address Error code -24 Help me please! Regards Arne Selin
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.
You say you have had the software for several years and now want to use it. Do you mean, it has never been installed on any computer before?
I suspect you may have previously installed this on an old machine, using an old email address. It is this address that the registration server records as being the registered owner. if that is the case, you need to log into your Magix account using that old address, go to User data and change your registered email address there to whatever you now want it to be.
Then allow a few minutes for the changed data to be accepted by the registration system and then try again to register your software.
