My email account is not receiving emails. I've sent "help" emails to Support@Magix.net and to Sales@Magix.net, but receive undelivered receipts from both emails.

I sent a email to infoservice with urgent note but only received automatic returns.
My busiest accounts are not receiving mails after a message sent by Magix saying that the mailbox was "almost" full, I cleaned old emails but it still doesn't work.
I guess they must refresh their servers or something like that.
Truth is that I use magix mail for my business and today was a nightmare.
Click on Support at the top of this forum and follow it through, always clicking on Ask Support. When asked to put in a search term, do so, as that will be the subject of your ticket. Follow the instruction on the screen. Do not deviate.
