I've been writing for 2 weeks to obtain information on educational licenses for Xara Photo and Graphic Designer.
the only response I get is a from email with links to products I have no interest in. Can someone please respond to my request?

To which email address did you send your request for information? Customer Service address is infoservice@magix.net; they should be able to forward your email to the correct department.
Did you follow the link which @SP. provided? That page clearly includes a link to "Request an Offer".

Thanks but that is my issue. I want to make a purchase but there is no info on Xara Photo and Graphic designer educational licenses. They just send the same link which doesn't help the process.

Xara Designer Pro isn't the software we need. We are looking to license Xara Photo and Graphic Designer, the entry level version.
@Innovation-Desk Who is "we"? Are you working for an institution? If yes, you need to get a quote from Magix with an individual offer for you. Otherwise you can get Xara Designer Pro EDU or Xara Web Designer EDU. That's it.
"We" are a public library. And once again. We already have a quote for Xara Photo and Graphic Designer.
