EDM 2020 how to pick the 3 soundpools

Hello,

I got MM EDM edition 2020 from Humble Bundle. For personal reasons could not activate it earlier so I just installed it.

All seems ok however I can't find a way to pick the 3 soundloops and 1 instrument that supposed to be available with the eddition.

Any suggestions how to do that?

@Valentin-Tishev The coupons only work in version 2020. Please check if you installed this version. The coupons will not work in version 2021.

Depending on how long ago you purchased the Humble Bundle deal, the credits may have expired, you can check following this Tutorial on redeeming Credits, although this was done with MMM 2021 is should be the same for MMM 2020 (all editions).

Thanks for the responses.

I do have the 2020 edition. I did not receive any coupons with the activation of EDM edition. And I don't see any credits available in the application that can be redeemed.

@johnebaker I don't see a screen as in the tutorial and the redeem credit page is showing me text field for serial number or coupon. Where the serial is already activated and coupons I don't have. Actually I do have one coupon 10 EUR from registering to newsletter but even that one is not workling.

@Valentin-Tishev You said you just installed it, so it is likely you just downloaded it from Magix' website? Please check in the Help menu that you are not on version 29. You need to be on version 28.

I believe the 10€ newsletter coupon is just for other Magix software and not for Soundpools.

@SP. Thanks for the hint. I did just installed but also immediately update as suggested by the app. How could I know? Installing the original setup showed the available purchase credits at the bottom right corner while store is selected.

When you see this message:

and click Changes in this patch

If you re-install 2020 again, it will pop up on every start of the program with the message, however ignore it and continue to use the program.
