Editing Sound in Video Edit Pro 18

Just when you thought it was safe to enjoy your hobby, I'm back, hot on my previous heels with another question to be answered. This one is unusual, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I send my edited music videos to Youtube. Sometimes I alter the sound and the image track. Typically on the sound track I use the equaliser to improve rendition and sometimes I slow the music down along with the image track. On the image track, I may introduce some distortion, like colourisation or perhaps just take the colour completely away.

Now, everthing plays just great on Youtube, but just the other day there, I happened to view one of my uploads on my Android mobile phone and noticed two things, not quite right, straight away. Firstly, the sound was, way, way, low and when I could hear it, it was distorted and sounding just weird, almost like grunging.

As I mentioned, on Youtube it plays just fine. Only on the Android mobile does this phenomenon exist. Anyone out there come accross this before. Is it possble the alterations done in Magix, is somehow conflicting with the Andoid system. It is a pity, because the phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) shows the videos up extremely well. See you.

Hi

Is the Samsung downloading via 3G, 2G or connected to wi-fi.  Either way I would not expect to get the same performance as from a PC with streaming to a mobile - there are too many variables which affect your mobiles performance.

Hi there. It is normally connected via WI-FI. But other videos from Youtube, including my own, that have been edited in Magix Pro are fine. It is just the odd few and that's what makes me think perhaps when I alter the sounds characteristics by some way or other, it is reacting badly when it is sent to the Samsung mobile.
