Each time I have to open Magix Movie Pro 2016, it ask me to register. Why?

We all know programes are activated and registered only once, and you are able to open and use them time and again without going through the process over and over. On buying and instaling the Magix Movie Pro 2016. it worked fine the first few weeks. Then one time when opening it, it reflected an error and asked me to re-instal it. After that, it can only work after activation. When I have no web connection, I do not work the day.

I am using Windors 10

Can I find help please

Hi

. . . . We all know programes are activated and registered only once, and you are able to open and use them time and again without going through the process over and over. . . .

AFAIK that is not correct - on start up MEP checks regularly that it is still not only activated but enabled as well for the computer you are using so you must have an Internet connection available when it does this.  This may be the issue you are having.

If not then

. . . . I am using Windors 10 . . . .

Was this an upgrade from Windows 7 or 8?

. . . . it worked fine the first few weeks. . . .

If yes to the above, was MEP installed when the computer was on the previous version of windows or after upgrading?

If installed on a previous version  of Windows then upgraded to Windows 10 then you need to check that the upgrade did not cause corruption of some windows system files and re-install MEP 2016 following this procedure.

Hi

It so happened that before getting answers to my question, I tried one more time to re-install the software. And when I did so, the problem was solved and it has never occured again. Otherwise I had upgraded  from Windors 7 to 10 when it occured. Now it is fine I am enjoying the software.

Thank you for your response
