Upgraded to Video Pro X15 last year and now only have 4 DVD menus available. Older version had quite a few menus. Is there supposed to be more than 4 menu templates in Video Pro X15 version 21.0.1.205 (UDP3)?
Jeff. Thanks for the quick response. Yes all of the addition content shows as installed just like yours do. Is there a way to uninstall and then reinstall just the addition content without reinstalling the complete program.
. . . . Upgraded to Video Pro X15 last year and now only have 4 DVD menus available . . . .
Do you mean they were there when you first installed VPX and they have now disappeared or they were never there?
If never there, then this would suggest the migration from the previous version, if it was replaced, did not complete properly.
If on the initial install, you elected to keep all the Extra downloads, they should be in the Magix Downloads foleder in your Documents folder, you can manually run the appropriate installer again.
Thank you to all who responded to my problem. Responses were all relevant and helpful. I don't know when or how the issue occurred as this is the first time I've had the need to create a DVD since the upgrade. Based on browj2's response I did determine the files were missing. I also determined that I had not keep the extra download files.
My solution was to load Video Pro X15 on another computer and save the extra content application files. I than transferred these files to my main computer and ran them individually. This seems to have worked perfectly.
I guess that begs the question - Are the extra content application files available for download on the Magix website.
