DVD Buring Issue

I don't understand the "VTS_01_1.V08 use exiting file dialog box?

There are 4 buttons that asks "Encode All, Encode, Maintain, Maintain all"

Whatever I select locks up the system.

What do you mean by 'locks up the system' - can you give more detail please, also include your computer specification, Windows version and whether 32 or 64 bit, which program and version you are using and any other relevant information see this post
