Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

There are only users on the forums but even if you got in contact with Magix staff at sales@magix.net I'm not sure they could tell you either. A lot may depend on where the disk is sent from and its destination.

The program once bought and registered is always available for download from what will be your Magix user account.
