I've followed the support steps here and it didn't solve this "no internet" (when I have a connection) and it didn't help. I also turned off my Firewall and Antivirus (I didn't have to do that in the original install), no change, it still reports no internet, though I'm using the Internet now to MSG you. I believe the file I originally downloaded is just a seed file that downloads the rest. I'm still using the Sony Vegas Movie Studio 16 Platinum and it's that Architect version I need. I worry now even if you let me download the whole install that your system may not see the Activation key? I'm using Win10 Pro and I haven't made any changes I know of that could do this. I still had it installed the last time I tried to use it and when I tried to save or burn a project I received this same MSG, so I thought I'd delete/reinstall with the 4,611KB seed exe file. and now I get the same error message and now I can't even re:install the program.
