DVD 5.0 Architect error while writing file, Error 0x80131604

DVD Architect version 5.0 build 128.

Windows 10 build 19042.867 16GB Ram, 500GB+ free space on the disk

When I try to create an iso file, I get an error saying "Warning: An error occurred writing a file. Error 0x80131604 (message missing).

I am using an *.m2v file for my media file and have a very simple menu with one item It goes through the audio portion of the creation just fine but fails when it hits the video portion.

I can create DVD file without a problem.

Any suggestions, ideas, etc. would be appreciated.
