Drum Vst missing

I am using MAGIX Samplitude Music Studio 2015 (64-Bit). I was told by one of your techs to uninstall this program and reinstall it due to another problem. After reinstalling I noticed that I did not have access to the basic Drum kit and was prompted to buy the Vst license.

Wasn't that part of the MAGIX Samplitude Music Studio 2015 (64-Bit) license. If not, sorry but if so, how can i get it back without buying it again?

This is a user forum. No one here works for Magix and we don't have any technicians.

After re-installing, did you download and install all of the addons -  instruments and sounds - under Help in the top menu, Download instruments and sounds?

These things in the image below? (This one is from Samplitude MusicStudio 2014, the one for Samplitude Music Studio 2015 should be similar.
