I followed instructions for download and was never prompted to input my serial number. Therefore, program does not load. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing this transaction as there is no customer service for this website.

Your serial code is not needed until after Sound Forge is installed in your PC. When SF is initially launched, the activation dialog will appear to enter your trial or purchased activation code. The serial code determines if it runs for 30-days (trial) or perpetually (purchased). If you cannot find where to download SF, which should be in the email along with your activation code(s), you can download the trial version, which is the same for both trial or purchased.
The SF 365 subscription version is different.
If the installation manager will not successfully load SF (which some folks experience), try temporarily disabling anti-virus.
