Downloaded instruments are not showing in the instrument section.

I have downloaded the newest version of Magix Music Maker 2021 64 bit. I have purchased 4 instruments; Power Guitar, Century Guitar, Celtic Harp, and String Ensemble. All the instruments will download and install, but never show in my instrument list, but under the download tab it shows "Installation Complete". If I restart the program, I have to re-download and install the instruments again, but still the never show up. I am just trying to find a solution of why these 4 instruments will not show..

Try logging out and back in with your account. If this won't work try starting the software as administrator.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Please see this thread. You will see there that a number of us are experiencing exactly the same problem! At the moment no-one has found a solution! We await a response from Magix.

In the meantime I am going to close this thread so that all the discussion of problems in the new MM is kept together in that linked thread.
