Hi Ricardo and welcome to the user to user forums.

I assume because you are posting here that your computer is connected to the internet.

If that is so and the installer won't continue try turning off any antivirus program you may be running and Windows defender while installation completes. Some of the files activities during install can give false positives as virus threats during the install and can therefor stall the installation.

Please come back and report here if that does not work.

The computer should be connected to the internet during installing as it will look for the most up to date version of 2021 for you.
