Download Vegas Movie Studio 17 is not working properly

I ordered Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum but it is not working properly. It is slow to slow the platform / editing page, it is not even loading my video medias to the timeline for editing and it keeps sending not responding message. I can not effectively work in the software.
