Download not available.

I have a new computer and wanted to download the last version of Samplitude I ordered (X3 Pro), Serial number removed by Moderator but I'm told no download is available. What do I do to continue using Samplitude?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You will see I have removed your serial number from your post; such confidential data should never be posted to a public forum like this one.

Who told [you] no download is available? Where, exactly, did you attempt to access the download?

You should be able to redownload your software if you log in to your Magix account, go to My products and look for the entry for Samplitude Pro X3. Download the installer and install the app.

I also use Saplidute Pro X 3 Suite. Just checked my acount/my products.

No trace of downloader link only serial number...
