Hi. So, I have this unusual problem - I'm trying to download a high-quality sample pack that I purchased from this site. However, the downloads keep breaking so I was never able to fully download the pack. What I didn't realize was that there's a download limit. And now, I'm on my last download. I was wondering if there's a way for Magix to reset the download limit as it's starting to become rather discouraging to try one more time only for it to fail and my access to the pack need to be repurchase again.
