I placed an order for Sound Forge Audio Studio on 3/30. I never received the confirmation email. It's not in my Spam or Junk folder. I emailed the us-shop@magix.net email to get my download email with my order number on 3/31 and 4/25 with no reply to either email. I even included an alternate email to see if it would go through there. Nothing. Any ideas on how to receive my purchase?
