I can not understand why you do not offer any support for your domains. It is really difficult to reach any help in this matter and that should not be if is one of the products that you provide.

I need to change the servers of my domain. It does not seem possible to access this information. Could you help me, please?

This is a user to user forum not Magix Support.

Assuming you mean you want to transfer your domain, which is currently registered with Magix Online, to another provider then see section 14 here.
