Doesn't Login Since Updating

Since the most recent updates, I can't login or validate purchased upgrades, so I'm unable to add tracks, export MP3s, etc. Pls help, I've tried everything such as reinstalling and avoiding the update that caused the problem but eventually it somehow updated on it's own, then I was stuck all over again. (Music Maker Premium 2021)
