does this program, or any Magix software run on Apple, Macs, etc.?

I've always only used PCs; a friend was very interested in the sampling concept and the plug-ins, etc. I had no answer for him.

Do these programs run on other OSs? Thanks!

(If the answer is no, might you recommend a similar program that will run on Apple OS?)

@promytius1 Music Maker and Samplitude only run on Windows.

I would suggest PreSonus Studio One for your friend (I don't use it, but many people like it). It only costs $15 for one month if your friend registers for PreSonus Sphere which also comes with tons of plugins and samples. It can be cancelled any time. The software runs on Windows and Mac. I would guess you can't do much wrong for this price.
