There is only a handful of us answering questions. We are all users. Unfortunately there is not enough experienced users to answer all the questions and many are left unanswered because they have been repeated so many times. Some people don't bother to look for previous posts before posting the same question.

Couple that with the fact that people forget to mark the question solved and you get a high number of "unsolved" questions.

So... in a nutshell it can work but is currently not very effective.
