Does producer planet offer refunds? If so how can i do it then

About a month ago i bought the vegas pro pack from humble bundle. It contained a 20$ voucher for producer planet. Today, i used it but unfortunately i picked the non-commercial version of the product(I wanted to but the royalty free version). I didn't find any info on refunds of any sorts. If i can refund, how would i receive the money?

@Mtayr You need to contact shop@magix.net for refunds. I would suggest you contact Magix as fast as possible because usually you cannot refund digital products. But maybe they will do it if you act fast and tell them it was an erroneous purchase from your side.

As a general rule cancellation and refunds for voucher purchases is not possible.
