I'm trying to open my copy of Magix Video Sound Cleaning Lab . It produces a dialog box with the following message: Can't find Intel ICD OpenGL driver. Can anyone help me please?
Thank you so much. Yes it worked for me as well. Just a note to others; on this occasion, you need to ignore the warning that your virus filters will produce.
I have just installed the Video Sound Cleaning Lab and have the same problem i.e. "Cannot find the name of IDC OpenGL driver. I also note that this topic was raised about three years ago. I have applied the fix as suggested here but still have the same problem. Does anyone out there have an alternative solution to offer please. I have updated all my drivers via the Intel site by the way.
Hi John, many thanks for your prompt reply. I have seen the topic that you mention but I'm not having much luck with the suggested solutions. Firstly I have amended the MxQt.cfg file to be =software. That didn't work. I have also reloaded the program file and applied the amendment to that, but still no luck. Not surprising really.
As far as the link solution is concerned, I have tried to access it but cannot get the HiDrive program/app to accept my registration either in the PC version or mobile version. I can input all my details but it simply won't generate the access code that seems to be needed.
I would appreciate any other ideas you might have, or is it possible that you might be able to extract the suggestion from the HiDrive post and maybe email it to me?
@johnebaker, like all the moderators on the forum, is just another user, like you. None of us has any access to any more files etc. than you do, sorry.
However, I will tag @ralftaro into this thread; I know he has been able, as a member of Magix staff, to help with this specific problem before.
