Hi,

Sometimes someone from Magix does answer questions on this forum, but mostly it is really the user community answering questions.

Your original post is pretty agressive and not very specific.  Nihon94 is the master of music maker as far as I know, and Nihon is a user just like the rest of us.  If you are trying to send some type of "message" to the company, this is not the best way to do it.

This is as already stated a user forum, we answer questions to the best of our ability, and have no association with Magix other than Magix hosts this forum.

Aggressive? You call that aggressive? All I did was ask where the project files are stored on my phone.

Aggressive came after absolutely no response by Magix, or anybody else.  Something as simple as "We don't know" would have sufficed. I can't believe a company puts up a support forum, and then nobody from the company visits it. Do you think I'm stupid?

And guess what."Managing Director: Erhard Rein" sent me an e-mail, and STILL didn't answer my question. I was pointed to a few discussions in the MOBIL forum, but even those weren't answered. Not a single response to any of them. In fact, I can't even FIND the MOBIL forum. Where the hell is it?

The only choice I have is go to Google Play Store, and give this piece of crap software 1 star, and write a scathing review.

Hi

. . . . Aggressive? You call that aggressive? All I did was ask where the project files are stored on my phone.. . . .

Your 3rd post in the link you provided can be interpreted as being aggressive - it is in the way (tone) you have asked the question.

. . . . I can't believe a company puts up a support forum . . . .

This is a user forum not support, where users get together to help each other in a friendly co-operative way.

. . . . Not a single response to any of them. In fact, I can't even FIND the MOBIL forum. Where the hell is it? . . .

Ignoring the final aggressive statement - try clicking the Questions and Answers link at the top of this page and select Mobile

The problem you have is that Music Maker Jam is a relatively new product and there are very few users on this forum who actually use it.

I would suggest you hook up your Samsung phone to your PC, open Kies and explore its filing system and locate the files.

If you are serious about creating music then you need the proper tools for the job ie PC based Music Maker.

John

You do whatever you want with your review, but clearly you have no clue as to what you are doing.  "Where are the files on my phone"? They are wherever your Samsung phone put them.  You should be reading the manual of your phone and not asking rediculous questions here about a Samsung product.  I have a Samsung phone and if you had not been so hostile and agressive with your comments, I would have told you exactly how to find the files.  But, since you are angry, hostile, demanding, and basically have no class, I have no intention or desire to help you in any way.
