Do you have a CGI Bin on your servers? Do you allow CGI Scripting/cgi form handling?

I would like to include email functionality on my website. I would prefer using CGI and Perl to build this functionality instead of MAILTO. Do you have a CGI Bin on your servers? Do you allow CGI Scripting/cgi form handling?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not allow hosting of CGI or PERL scripts.

Do you allow use of any server-side languages/applications, such as PhP or Java, to send email?
