dll. not found and login/activation/update page not loading

I have been struggling with the free software for a while and gave up for a few months but was ready to give Music Maker another try when I got the newest 2023 Premium edition. Uninstalled everything, rebooted, got the new installer, and immediately got 10 dlls couldn't be found(first one below) and am unable to even activate my new edition since the front page won't load.

I have done this whole process twice even with a different installer after registering my product on the website. My firewall does not show anything being blocked or trying to come through that could prevent loading either.

I am using Windows 10 with an Ryzen 3600x, NVDIA 3060TI, and 16gb of RAM

I have never had an issue running other audio and video programs.

Any help greatly appreicated and happy to give more info!

Install vcredist_x86.exe & vcredist_x64.exe

Already had them but tried the repair, restart, and still no dice on Music Maker problems. Thank you for the comment though!

Did you try running as administrator? Though I doubt that makes any difference.
