DLL error message

I have been running Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2022 on my Win10 computer without any problems for the past 6 months.
However, I am now getting DLL error messages when I attempt to use the eq and time/pitch functions.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but the problem persists.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated

@dave-b5173 I suspect the C++ 2013 Redistributables are missing on your computer. You can download and install them from here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 Download and install the x64 and x86 version to get 64 bit and 32 bit support.
